• No Sensitive Data — We do not collect or store sensitive information (e.g., payment card details, government IDs, health data) and we do not store merchant customer data.
• Ephemeral Processing Only — Product images and related assets you use inside the App may be processed transiently to generate outputs, but we do not persist these files or their contents after processing completes.

• Performance of a Contract — To operate the App you installed.

Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as your App installation is active or as needed to provide support. When you uninstall the App or request deletion, we delete your stored email within 30 days, subject to any longer retention required by law (e.g., tax, audit, or compliance obligations).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your email address. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously work to improve our safeguards.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK.

Your Rights

• Access/Correction/Deletion — You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email address.
• EEA/UK — You may also object to or restrict processing, or request portability, where applicable.
• California (CCPA/CPRA) — You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “selling” or “sharing” (we do neither). You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Uninstalling & Data Deletion

You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling stops our access to your store and schedules deletion of your stored email within 30 days. You can also email [email protected] to request expedited deletion.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated within the App or by email when appropriate.
